I will say it from the beginning, I haven't done much work in producing food, I will show on the pictures. except for providing the seeds, namely the potatoes, bought in a sunday open Super Brugsen in Aarhus, and carried back to Italy in my suitcase.

But even if thats so, its a nice feeling to go out in the garden and dig up fresh Danish potatoes.

If you can call it danish potatoes, when they have grown on Italian soil. The carrots which I did plant (with the help of my mother-in-law) did not really do as well as the potatoes



Without being any kind of expert on this subject, I think the mistake was that I didn't thin out when they were smaller. Now we just have lots, and lots of mini size carrots instead.
