Is there really any reason for saving Altialia

Living in Italy I usually defend italy and its things if anybody says something bad about it. F.ex. when my dad said that I should not use Alitalia because they cancel their flights all the time. I defended them and told him that they not worse than anybody else.

At least that was my line untill this morning when I recieved this email:

This call center has now had us on hold for an hour. Shame on you Alitalia, cancel a plane 5 days before departure, leaving no reason and a phone number that doesnt go anywere...
